Ohio DJ Pros Service Agreement
SMS Messaging Program
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive communications about your bookings, event updates, and exclusive offers. Standard messaging rates may apply, and you can opt-out anytime by replying STOP.
Service Bookings
To book our services, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of these items.
Event Requirements
Clients must ensure that venues provide a safe and adequate power supply for our equipment. We reserve the right to halt services if conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must adhere to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Late cancellations may incur charges up to the full contract balance.
